Start a return

Tell us which order and what’s wrong. We’ll give you an RMA number straight away and come back to you once we’ve reviewed it.

• Unopened hardware can go back within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging.
• Opened but undamaged and complete hardware is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• We pay return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
• Report damage, a missing item or a wrong item within 5 days of delivery — those we collect and replace at our cost.
